Prices for our school are set out below.
| Adult (+25) (RSCDS Member) | AU$ 2,050 (includes accommodation, formal dinner and all other meals, morning/afternoon teas and suppers, classes, socials and transport to them. |

Fees do not include optional extras such as Winter School shirts and some excursions. If we provide a bus service to and from Brisbane airport and Gatton at the start and end of the winter school, this too will be an additional cost.
The price for these will be advised in coming months.

When you have paid in full, your receipt will act as your ticket and can be printed or presented on your phone as proof of purchase.

Step 3 Pay your deposit
A deposit of AU$300 is to be paid when submitting your registration application. The balance of your payment will be due on 5 May 2024.

We will also accept cheques made payable to RSCDS Qld Winter School 2024. They can be posted to the address shown at Step 2.
Step 4 Pay your balance
Your balance payment is to be made by 5 May 2024. You can do this in either of the ways described above at Step3.
Cancellation policy
- If you withdraw before midnight on 5 May 2024, you will be entitled to a refund of your fees, less an administration charge of AU$100. If you withdraw after that date, you may not be entitled to a refund.
- If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are required to cancel the 2024 Winter School then we will inform all attendees and a full refund will be provided. We shall not assume liability for any losses resulting from individual pre-booked travel. Please check your personal travel insurance policy.
